Full Description

This project assisted a group of engineering enthusiasts to market, develop and run a Gravity Sport Festival at Cadwell Park in the middle of the Lincolnshire Wolds in the Lindsey Action Zone.  Forty soapboxes entered along with skateboarders and  lugeboarders.  Among the entrants were a number of schools using the opportunity to develop their technical skills by manufacturing their own soapboxes.

In 2008-2013, the following were eligible to apply:-

Farmers/Land Based Businesses

The Lindsey Action Zone geographic area covered the Lincolnshire Wolds, the market towns of Louth, Caistor, Market Rasen, Horncastle, Spilsby as well as Woodhall Spa and Coningsby and Tattershall and their rural hinterlands during the last programme.
