Groundwork Environmental Management Systems (GEMS) Training for Farmers

 What is GEMS?

 A course for farmers comprivsing of 6 x 1/2 day sessions which methodically cover the key elements of an Environmental Management System (EMS) taught through practical, interactive, workshops, developed to meet the needs of diffrent farming secctors, and delivered by an experienced environmental specialist.

Farmers/Land Based Businesses
Funding will support farm diversification projects that keep vital services, skills, and money within the rural economy. 

Rural Micro-Business
Funding will support your set up and growth.  A micro-business is an enterprise with less than 10 employees and less than two million Euros annual turnover.

Communities
Funding will support schemes to broaden community involvement within the natural and cultural heritage and tourism sectors,
